Ego
Ego is our best friend and our worst enemy.
Have no reaction toward it, let it have no effect on you.
It's the you that is not the real you.
It's the "not the real you" that's always by you.
Be not confused by it.
Make no bonding nor association with it.

Non-attachment
Non-attachment is not to ignore, but, to acknowledge and acknowledge only.
Easy? Not easy.
Hard? Not hard.
We are not attached to the perfect alignment, we acknowledge where our practice stands at the moment, and the moment seems as an eternity.

Glenn Black
How about being the last (late) into Glenn Black's workshop and being placed right in the middle of the room and right in front of the master.
Awsome!!!
As we practice double lotus and the OM playing fromt he ipod suddently had a mind of its own and switched to "Everybody Hurts". Burst out laughing...........
What a wonderful workshop.
The master said, "how many breathes are you aware of everyday?" That will be the question of the day for me.
